Join us for an evening of learning practical and simple techniques on how to calm the Mind and ignite the Heart.
Using Mantra, Meditation and Yogic Techniques you will learn how to quiet obsessive thought patterns, align with your intuition, increase creativity and get to know your true essence on a profound level.
Our most important spiritual task is to align ourselves with the heart centred energies that are now available to heal us and mother earth. The more we are able to hold a space of love in our bodies, the less stress and anxiety we will experience in our lives.
